Well – established HR Administration practices, build the trust and positively influence the employer’s  image in front of his employees.

HR Management is a very specific field of management, because it has to be compliant with all labor law domains, particularly with its relatively strict rules and requirements. HR policies should be based on adequate legal instruments and organizational structures, created and tailored to fit the specific needs of the company.

Beyond doubt, HR Administration should be handled properly, which means in accordance with regulations. It should be fully customized to company’s requirements, not only to meet legal requirements, but also to create the clear and necessary rules and policies within an organization.

The organization needs to fulfill and carry-out an entire set of responsibilities, specific to all employers. These obligations are imposed by the law and adapted to company’s requirements. Labor specific regulations, remuneration or the contributions to the Social Fund, give the employer great opportunities to build and develop a coherent and flexible HR Management procedure.

There is no doubt that proper administration is mandatory and unquestionably fundamental, for an effective HR Management. It gives solid grounds for projects development, trainings and assessments. However, due to its complexity, this process doesn’t have to be managed in-house. HR department can, and should, treat this field as a tool to shape the employer’s image.

This task can be fulfilled by outsourcing the HR Administration processes to an external service provider. The competencies of the HR department should support and leverage the implementation of the internal Personnel Policy within company.
