Webster Buchanan Research published recently an independent report based on interviews with senior international payroll managers, assessing the approaches multinational companies take to solve some of the regional issues they face, while looking to implement a standard, centralized multi-country payroll model across company.

According to a recent research published by the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) a quarter (26.3%) of employees do not understand everything that is written on their payslip.

The research findings also reveal that a considerable number of employees never look at their payslip (4.2%) and only around one in six (14%) admit that they only occasionally look at their payslip when they get paid.
